Picton wanted to evolve from a traditional investment firm into a bold, innovative brand. Since Picton promotes alternative investment strategies, we set out to change perceptions around the bear, transforming it from a symbol of fear into one of resilience and opportunity.

The result was a future facing identity led by the first AI-powered mascot in finance, brought to life through national campaigns, storytelling, and sports partnership integrations.

We created the first AI-powered mascot for an investment company, a symbolic bear reimagined to represent boldness and resilience. The Bear can adapt to market conditions in real time, allowing Picton to respond visually and narratively to the shifting financial landscape. By reframing a bear as a positive symbol, the brand encourages investors to view alternative markets through a new lens.
